Colin demanded that his marmalade feature as todays 365 photograph. I don’t like marmalade myself but he is an addict and there is only one he particularly likes - a Portuguese bitter orange which is difficult to get hold of and very expensive. The answer? To make his own which apparently is almost as good. I had planned using my light box to show the golden orange of the marmalade but he made it so thick that the light could not pass through!!
i think Colin`s idea was a good one, and he is obviously very good at marmalade-making. Love the light on the slivers and chunks in the jars, also your pov, dof and focus. A beautiful shot and a fav!
