Off down to Mum’s today to spend a few days with her in Cornwall. When I arrived I was introduced to my belated birthday present - Bruin Bear. He has been delicately carved by Iain Chalmers a champion chainsaw carver from the Black Isle in the Scottish Highlands in Scotland using a chainsaw. He is the size of a real life bear cub. He is also very heavy so I hope he will make it into our car for the journey home next week.
