Oh dear. Today it was off to the hygienist first thing in the morning. My dentist is in Richmond and as I got there a bit early and was too nervous to sit around waiting in the waiting room, I wondered up to Richmond bridge. Luckily there is not too much wrong with my gums and teeth and thank goodness I don’t have to go for another 4 months or so. (What a difference a day can make weather-wise as well!)
