Colin was rather miffed with my chocolate cookies on Sunday so I very generously searched out a recipe for crystalised ginger cookies and here is the result. They seem to be going down well.
Was Colin miffed because the cookies weren't for him, or because they were chocolate and he prefers ginger? At any rate, these look and sound delicious.
