Yes it’s that day of the year again. I’m feeling rather old so I’ll gloss over the year but I had a very nice day. We started with a cooked breakfast at ‘Diners Delight’ where we went after Colin’s party last November. They serve an excellent breakfast with any combination of brekkie items, piping hot. Then later in the day we used our National Trust cards to go to Ham House. In true NT fashion, half of the house was closed and not open until March. However, the gardens are really lovely with little summer houses scattered around.
