I had a great day today with my friend Sarah at the Royal Academy’s Summer Exhibition. It was lovely to have a day together although our artistic appreciation did degenerate into trying to find the most expensive piece in each gallery! There were some stunning pieces and some more ‘interesting’ pieces. This sinister model is part of a larger piece called 'The New Arrival' by Jake and Dinos Chapman - there was a speaker inside the girls head and 'white noise' was coming out of her eyes - freaky!!
