It was very cold today. Our heating failed yesterday despite us refitting a thermostat and we could not get an engineer out until the afternoon. His visit involved us having to empty an entire cabinet of books and glassware and then to lift the carpet to expose the heating pump under the floorboards. In the event the problem lay wight he thermostat NOT the pump!
After all the furniture movement I did not have much of chance to get out until this evening when we went to find some dinner. I found this packet of biscuits in M&S - basically the Gingerbread friends have fallen out!
