This week has been a medical week - yesterday eyes, today teeth. I had a hygienist appointment in Richmond. I hate visiting the dentist and hygienist although they are very good. I often feel like I have been hit in the face afterwards!
It was bitterly cold and even the birds seemed to have stayed home.
