My second visit to the physio for my shoulder. The physio is very good but she's also very strong and it was agony. She is confident she knows what my problem is but I have some way to go before to 'retrain' my shoulder and muscles. In the meantime here is a beautiful foxglove growing in a garden in Shacklegate Lane.
