Today we were having a rapid clean and tidy of the house and then finishing off the dishes we are preparing for our dinner party tonight. Starters - sliced mozzarella with beef tomatoes drizzled with basil pesto and decorated with basil leaves and crisped parma ham. Colin was creating lemon and garlic tender chicken and I came up with a handmade meringue pavlova with whipped cream and sliced mixed berries.
