This day 28 years ago I was graduating from the Kent Institute of Art and Design in Maidstone - a.k.a. Maidstone College of Art and Design. It seems so long ago and I had everything in front of me. I’m feeling a bit old which explains my purchase this morning of this rather subdued and understated running shoes from the Sweat Shop in Teddington.
I had to go on the running machine which clearly showed that I have a mild ‘pronation in my left ankle’. There were a less bright version in black but they were not in the sale and so cost £30 more so the thriftiness in me overcame the fashionista! Colin does not know my plans!
