My last Bushy Park Run for a week or so as we are off to Spain on Monday so I was very pleased to make a new PB of 28:40 - this was inspite of feeling like I have a cold coming on! We celebrated with iced buns from M&S.
The deer are getting more frisky now and are coming a lot closer to the running route. Here is a female and this years fawn which I spotted on my way back.
I was packing in the afternoon and doing the last couple of washes.
