In spite of Mum and Ian’s visit that was no reason to avoid a park run. I managed to deter them from coming to watch and I ran a good time of 27:19 so I may manage to break the 27 minute barrier sometime. The day started beautifully with mist and sun but then went rapidly downhill to solid heavy rain later in the day.
The rain managed to deter Colin and Ian coming out with us for Mum’s tour of the Teddington charity shops so they stayed in and watched the rugby.
