I really didn't want to get out of bed this morning as it was so dark at 7.15am but I persevered and got ready for my 22nd park run. It was pretty nippy at about 1-2 degrees but I managed to jog the entire distance without stopping and was only 14 seconds off my PB so I was happy with that. This is the front of one of the funnels that I was queuing in to get my token.
Afterwards I caught up with my friend Julia in the card shop to discuss my idea about producing local calendars for next year - just need to get the figures right. Sadly the Kingston branch of Waterstones is closing tomorrow and I have to go and collect my spinner as well as take the Christmas decorations down - things are going to look very bare and it is such a shame as our Christmas tree looks almost as good as when I first decorated it about 3.5 weeks ago.
