After the slush rather than thick snow of yesterday and my blood pressure scare, I decided to give the Park Run a miss. It’s funny but I felt really guilty like I was skiving off school (not that I ever did that!).
Its was bitterly cold although clear which made for a lovely sunset later. Too cold to actually go outside but I like the effect of the reflection in our bedroom window!
