3rd February 2019

After not doing yesterdays park run we thought we should get some exercise and our footpads up by walking into Kingston along the river and back through Bushy Park.

I wanted to go to Boots and managed to use the points on my loyalty card to buy a blood pressure monitor after my scare on Thursday. We also had a wander around John Lewis which is guaranteed to reduce my stress levels.

This is the cold winter trees at sunset as we walked back through the park, keeping energy levels up with some Montezuma chocolate. We raised a glass of our favourite Campo Viejo Tempranillo wine to Dad this evening as unbelievably it is 15 years since he passed away this day in 2004.

Mum and Ian eventually made it safely back from Inverness 2 days late with an uneventful journey back down the A30.
