14th March 2019

Today was a bit bitty, two difficult emails to write to card outlets I am having problems with at the same time the man arrived to clean the oven. We have this done every other year and it looks sparkling when he leaves. It thumped it down with rain in the afternoon and the tail end of Storm Gareth seems to still be with us.

My finger is still throbbing from Washington’s ‘nibble’ or should I say ‘to the bone’ nip yesterday. His cage is very empty.

In the evening I headed over to my photo club for the annual judging of PDIs for the Open Challenge cups. Despite over 700 images entered, I managed to get third place in the Dunn Plaque trophy and a mention in the White Chalice. Doesn’t mean much to anyone outside of the club but I was pleased!
