It’s always a bit depressing to end a holiday but in a way that shows how good it has been. We were up early and after last minute packing, breakfast and tidying we left our little apartment. It has been so comfortable and really has been the perfect base.
Aleksos - our driver from our arrival pick up was bang on time and we had a pleasant journey to the airport and he managed to call me ‘My Lady’ four times! Check in was easy and despite a rather cramped flight we landed a few minutes early and we’re back home by 3.30 pm.
We’re quite tired with the two hour time difference. This is a shot of our lovely apartment in Athens taken from a video as in the rush of leaving I never actually took a photo!
