Fat Fighters this morning so a delayed breakfast until afterwards but 1.5lbs off (even after the sneaky cake yesterday afternoon!). Then it was over to see Jules the physio about my shoulder which is playing up but not quite as badly as last year. She did pull me around!
These are my new sunglasses which I ordered after I 'temporarily' lost my sunglasses but which Colin then found a few days later under the car seat - always good to have a spare pair!
