Today was the warmest day of the year so far so good for Park Run - the vapour trails were amazing during my walk across the park to the start line. My times are gradually improving and I’m less than 1.5 minutes off my PB.
Later on I swept up after Colin’s hedge trimming which had me dripping in the heat. Still a frosty atmosphere which helps cool the heat of the day!
