Despite getting in at 10.30 last night, on Colin’s encouragement we went on the Park Run for the first time in three weeks. It was quite warm although not quite as hot as we have been over the last couple of weeks.
My time was not great 30.45 but not bad considering all the beer and ice-cream we have consumed recently! Bushy Park looks so lush at the moment - my favourite view of the park bench had changed a lot since the same photo a month ago.
The rest of the day was spent washing and helping sweep up the hedge trimmings as the excessive amount of rain had made the entire garden grow!
