28th August 2019

Having recovered from yesterdays drive we took a stroll to Newlyn as I think Mum wanted to get out and get some fresh air. Despite my constant nagging about whether she feels up to it, she is ignoring me and getting out and about. Our trip involved one of the infamous ice creams from Jelbert’s in Newlyn and we were lucky enough to sea a seal which had swum right into Newlyn harbour and seemed happy to just float around with an audience.

This is a photograph of the 'Sara Shaun', a ship that is sadly waiting to be broken up. It now has plants growing on the decks and the wood is rotting. It is sad to see it in this state.
Nice light and reflection. Fav
