Todays the day - my meeting with the owner of the frame shop in Richmond was rescheduled for the fourth time due to illness - his not mine!
We finally met and got one very well. He’s going to stock a number of greeting cards and also wants a selection of images that he is planning to offer to companies as prints. So all in all a successful morning that was well worth waiting for! An hour or so later and I caught up with Sara again. Having studied the website she actually needs ‘straight’ shots with nothing at all other than her in them. I re-shot some of the poses and this time they have been accepted by the acting company!
Later in the day I finally printed out the hard copy of my letter to James Daunt at Waterstones... fingers crossed it may have some effect but I’m not holding my breath! I also sent a variety of images to the editor of our local TW magazine who is interested in using one or two for their Christmas/December edition. It is unpaid but would be great for publicity.
