2nd January 2020

Starting to get back into normality although my body clock is still in it’s natural setting of going to bed around 2.00am and sleeping in until 9.00am. This is actually only 7 hours sleep but obviously it does not fit in with most other peoples lives and it is rather difficult to switch back into ‘social mode’!

Our washing basket has become a dangerous tower of clothes so most of the day I was doing three washes to clear it. The workmen are back next door, shouting and cutting tiles so the peace of Cornwall seems a long way away. I thought I’d get a last shot of Bruin with his Christmas outfit as I am not sure if he will get to wear it again if we do move which apparently Colin wants to do this year although not a single word has been spoken about it since the 8th of December. Who knows?

Positive: The washing is all done, my stomach has finally settled down.
