12th February 2020

First thing this morning Ella arrived to buy my second spinner. She is buying it for a school in Barnes so it is going to a good home! A little later Colin headed over to Karen’s and I stayed to sort a few work things out.

In the afternoon I popped into Julia’s shop to catch up and to help her choose a present for a member of staff leaving. Colin returned later on I time for our evening ‘date’ at Fulwell golf club.

Some time ago I received an email about a talk on bees. I had no idea what it would actually be about.
In the event, Zam from the London Bee Company gave a brilliant talk. Fulwell are going to have a number of new hives installed around the course. It has been a while since I have been so interested in a lecture. Bees are truly amazing. We tried two local honeys as well which were delicious. This is one of the honeycombs after the honey has been extracted.

Positive - a brilliantly fascinating lecture proving that bees are brilliant!
