Still feeling rather crap but I rallied to enjoy Colin’s excellent pancakes as it’s Shrove Tuesday!
Colin uses Delia Smiths recipe which is the usual batter mix but with the addition of melted butter. They really are delicious and as well as my favourite golden syrup, fresh lemon and sugar, I ‘off-roaded’ with a couple filled with salted caramel - Mmmm!
Positive - I decided pancakes are medicinal as they need a lot of lemon which must be good for my cold!
