Day 37 of lock down

My first sight of the day was Whisky cat sleeping on next doors BBQ! I love Whisky and I've not seen him for a while so I was relieved. He is very gentle and rubbish at jumping so never catches birds.

I bit the bullet this afternoon and attempted to download the Capture One software that i have been playing with from the past coupe days. I was up against the clock to ensure I could take advantage of the 25% discount but for some reason John Lewis blocked my credit card as it looked like a suspicious payment. It took two phone calls and about four attempts before the software finally downloaded.

I felt shattered after all of the above so it was a quick dinner of chilli and rice, interrupted by a phone call from sky to Colin. I couldn’t cope with yet another Quiz night so I ‘bunked off’ and enjoyed watching The Repair Shop before attempting to sort out the software issue. Every time I open the software it wants the licence key as if I am using it for the first time. It took me literally two and a half hours to work out the problem and fix it on both my iMac and MacBook. There was a big sense of relief when I sorted it out by myself… lucky really as there is nobody else that can help!
