It is so dark, grey and cold that we got up late as Colin kept hitting the alarm snooze button. My laptop developed a strange fan issue at the weekend and so I was calling recommended IT repair places in the area and it doesn’t sound too expensive if the fan has to be replaced.
Boris Johnson made his announcement this evening. No big surprise that we are heading into a third lock down across England until at least mid February. All shops closed apart from food shops, people are supposed to stay indoors unless food shopping, exercising locally or on a medical appointment.
Afterwards I went to M&S to top up our supplies and this is first effects of the hold up at Dover due to both Covid restrictions and Brexit.
