So, I set my alarm for 7.00am to check the snow situation and… there wasn’t any. I was not surprised as I had been listening to heavy sleet, then rain on the roof since the early hours but I was annoyed that yet again the weather forecast could get it so wrong! This is the evidence of the thick snow… or torrential rain.
Torrential rain for most of the day until late afternoon. We had meant to go out for a walk but Colin was not feeling 100% - possible due to after effects from the vaccine so in the end we didn’t go out at all so we can certainly attest to the fact that we are following government instruction and not going out!
@boxplayer I've looked at yours - 'great minds...' as they say! I did think it wouldn't be that thick but just a bit would be nice. My two sisters live in the in the Yorkshire Dales - thick snow and Staffordshire - thick snow!! Obviously I'm not jealous...
