New Years Eve... photograph 365... I am now an official ‘365er’!
I was thinking of a montage or light painting with sparklers for todays image. However, the weather is taking a turn for the worse. Gales and heavy rain are forecast for this evening so our plans to travel from Penzance to St Ives to watch the fireworks have been somewhat curtailed.
HOWEVER... whilst caught in a rain and hail storm on the Promenade (after buying the essential New Years Eve supplies of fireworks and fruit cake), and being soaked by a wave, I turned to go back and saw this amazing sight of a rainbow over St Michael’s Mount. It was actually a double rainbow so I have posted a link to Facebook below with the alternative views.
Thank you to everyone on the 365 Project for making my first year so enjoyable. I’ve met new friends in London, Quebec and Toronto. I cannot imagine not taking a photo a day now, however frustrating it oocasionally is!

@steampowered A definite 'YES' to continuing into 2014… I may use some themes for weeks though to help out with inspiration (and find some 'little people'!)
Huge huge congratulations on completing your project! I know I haven't been about lately but popped by today as I know so many are finishing year 1 ~ I love your photos and hope to see more in 2014 ~ I will hopefully be back early in the new year to continue my 2nd year :-)
