An early trip up into the tea plantations this morning. The ‘Boh Plantation’ is 1,500 metres above sea level and is very lush as it is subject to frequent monsoons and regularly covered with cloud, as it was this morning.
These plantations are currently being harvested and there are actually four people in shot with hats in the distance on the slope on the right but difficult to see at this size!
@centermd thank you for the fave Mica, @my_photofun@xmas1867@steampowered@helixconcepts thank you all, it was not too hard to get a nice shot as everywhere is so photogenic around the plantations (bit different in the local towns though!)
@alisonp@nicolaeastwood@sjoblues@nicolecampbell@moreyoulessme@pamknowler@skipt07@steampowered Thank you everyone and thank you for the 'faves'. This is the first time I have made it to the PP page and as I only have intermittent internet (still travelling), thank you also to those who mentioned I was there as otherwise I would not have been able to feel so pleased! In a tiny place called Kuala Besut tonight and a real surprise to have wifi!!
Thank you also to my new 'followers'. I have limited time to check everyones pages out but rest assured I will be looking and commenting once we get home in a couple of weeks :-)
@tesssa Yes Tessa, it is the Cameron Highlands - the Boh tea plantation, close to Bringchang and a lovely cool place with a breeze compared to Kuala Lumpur!
