This is a view of Kingston upon Thames looking towards a new development called rather originally 'Kingston Riverside'.
On the news today business analysts suggest that the increase in the number of cranes on the skyline indicates an upturn in the construction industry and in turn a possible pull out of recession... I'm not sure about that but there a lot of cranes!
@steampowered I am hoping the developers do not decide the lovely trees in front 'spoil the view' for residents and cut them down! Actually previously on this site was a power station that looked like half a small Battersea power station so this is not too bad a development as they go.
