The Cooper Test by enlisa

The Cooper Test

So I will start with an explanation. :) I wasn't updating my project lately because things were a little hectic ;)
Actually, I have been taking the pictures every day, but then I was trying to give some narration to it, and I ended without uploading them at all ;) I will try to be more systematic this time. :P

Today I took part in the Cooper test. I'm not a runner, but I made a promise with myself to run for my friend who was in a car accident and is paralyzed from the neck down. I hope he will be getting better soon. :) And I hope to show him this picture in the future, if he needs some motivation of this kind: "See, I've never run continuously for more than 6 minutes. You can do it! Try again!" :)

It's time to unmoor my boat and to patch some holes in the fence of my spirituality ;)

Have a nice day you all! Let's work on our weaknesses together. :)
Very nice thought, good luck and hope you can help your friend :)

Lovely sentiment and I will also say a prayer for your friend. Hope things turn out well for him. It sounds scary. Keep me posted on your running. I walk a lot, but I don't run. Maybe I should try!

@dridsdale Yes, it is. No way I would run (unless for him) :P He has a strong support from all of his friends and it's really encouraging to see. Thank you for commenting! :)

@tahoemb Thank you for commenting and praying! It really is scary. We went to the prom together, so we've made some of the best memories on the dancing floor. But being gloomy won't solve the issue ;) so I try to take some action :)
Running is not for everybody, therefore as for beginners, it' s good to have someone who knows a thing or two about it. David (my fiancé) likes to jog, and he gives me some encouragement and tips. :)

@skstein Thank you! I'm not sure if it is visible, but the message on my T-shirt reads "fearless" :) Have a great day! :)
