Impressive, Erika! I like the black and white, the composition, the movement of your arm, and that it is a selfie. I think you are a woman of many talents!
Great job. OK, window light, black background, long exposure ? Did I get the recipe right? What lit your face ,arm, and toes? This is the best selfie I have ever seen.
As an amateur cello player myself, I got to follow you. Beautiful shot of the bow movement and love the toes in the highlight, that I say is the musical ornaments in shot. And FAV too.
@originalintentionstudios I used a softbox light to my side, set my camera on delay, with a slow shutter speed, then sat very still while I moved my bow back and forth. Thank you!
what was the shutter speed?would be trying this out very soon..love this work..you are inspiring me..have had photographer's block for a while..but viewing such work like this..is breaking and disintegrating the block..thanks.great work..
@originalintentionstudios Gabriel, if you look to the right of the photo, scroll down to Photo Details and click on Exif - View Info, the detail of shutter speed, ISO, etc. is all listed there. You can do this with any of the photos on 365, as far as I know.
