In Plouguiel, a village neighbouring ours, they have been dedicating a field since 2009 where they plant a tree for each newborn baby in the village. There is a small sign at the foot of the tree with the name of the baby and the birth date. It is a quiet secluded place where people go to walk the dog or to play with young children when the weather is fine.
