In Ireland like in Brittany, the fisherman cures the fish on his way back home and throws the guts to the seagulls. What is missing from that scene is the screaming noises of the birds, that can be quite deafening.
I love the sound of seagulls, when you hear them, you know you are close to the sea! The white gulls against the dark hillside make them stand out. Nice scene!
