USS Alabama: Where you stop when you travel with boys
When our kids were growing up, we often drove from Louisiana to visit their grandparents in Virginia or Florida. We'd pass right by this World War II battleship in Mobile, Alabama, and of course we stopped. Almost every time. I have to admit, my husband and I found it just as interesting as the boys did.
