An amazing new building, the Water Institute of the Gulf, welcomes drivers to the city as they cross the Interstate 10 bridge over the Mississippi River.

I'm a heat wimp. The heat index has been over 100, so we are staying inside more. I'm still sorting, editing and posting older photos.
