We have this "artistic" structure near us which is lit up by red lights at night. It gives it a bit of an eerie glow and I'm not entirely fond of the structure as it's as ugly as during the day - but by night it's better.
Here I've captured it with traffic passing in front which I guess could be classified as Movement Blur???
