@oconeebell Thank you. The proper name for statice is Limonium. It is also called sea-lavender or marsh-rosemary. I didn't know that before; I had to look it up. I have always known it as statice. It is an interesting plant. The stems aren't round, they are sort of blade-like. The flowers are very long lasting and do very well in floral arrangements. I have only seen it in this color and have never before seen a wild growing plant.
