M&M tower by evalieutionspics

M&M tower

I asked my husband to get some candy for the candy challenge. He brought home a variety with M&Ms among the goodies. As soon as I saw them, this is the image which popped into my head.

I tried a few different types of glue in order to create the tower, finally settling for good ol' Museum Wax.

My sister gave me a huge pack of different colored matte and translucent papers. This vibrant green was in there. I think it helps the whole thing to pop.
Ha! Great! I wondered how you kept them in place! Excellent composition and great for the challenge :-) Any left?

@evalieutionspics Well I built more of a city - but still wasn't 100% happy with it...

you seem to like candy towers, don't you? :-)

I, too, have a bag sitting there waiting to be opened for this challenge. I am surprised they have made it unscathed for this long! LOL A fun shot and very creative!

@brett101 @summerfield @cottiac @evalieutionspics LOL! So glad everyone is enjoying this challenge! Never hurts to have an excuse to buy candy ... and then we can't let them go to waste. (Or do they go to waist?)

Really nicely composed shot! So nice when everything turns out as it should!

Yes the background is well chosen. I thought you could have licked the bottom of the candy to help it stick? What does Museum Wax taste like?

Another very creative shot for the challenge! Awesome! :-)

@summerfield :) It must be all of the Lego towers I built with my boys!

@brett101 Thank you! I look forward to seeing your image. My husband took care of the temptation for me. :)

@farmreporter Thank you very much! They definitely go to my waist, so I am glad my husband took care of them for me.

@maggiemae Thank you! I actually tried that, but they didn't dry fast enough.

@gaylewood Thank you so much! I appreciate your comment.

@alia_801 Thank you! This was a fun one to do.
