Ready to Paint

This is for the mundane challenge-spatula. I am not a still life sort of photographer; I had to take gazillion photos before anything looked halfway decent.

Still life is so much harder than it looks, isn't it?
Worth it to get this though - the simple composition really works

But this is lovely. To me it is very suggestive of action - even with your title - so perhaps not such a still life after all. I'm just wondering what is going to happen to that paint.
