I was taking photos just outside the courtyard last evening when I glanced over and saw Martios' head pop up from behind the couch. I was able to capture a few photos quickly. This was my favorite. He has such an expressive face.

@sarasotab Thank you! He is a goofy, very stubborn dog. We daily have to remind him that he is not the boss. I have never had a dog that has been as difficult to train as this one. I put it down to him having been taken from mom at approximately 3 weeks of age and left to fend for himself until we rescued him at 4 weeks. One would think that after nearly 2 years of diligent training and being around our already trained dogs he would be getting the hang of things, but it is a daily challenge...but then that face

@helenhall Thank you! I think it is because of the harsh shadows and the odd positioning. He doesn't look as though he was really there.
