Moon Over the Peak

I wasn't expecting to take a shot of the Peak this morning, but couldn't pass this opportunity to capture the moon setting behind the Peak!! Went and grabbed my camera after getting my kids to school and snapped a few shots before the moon disappeared!

magnificent. i miss the mountains so much. i live two blocks from the beach, and while i love that too, it is always the mountains that hold my heart. where is this taken?
