As the sun was setting last night, I told my husband I was taking a quick field trip to see what the clouds looked like out west. So I ventured out for a bit and was able to snap a few shots before the clouds turned gray! It's amazing the short period of time to capture the colors before it's gone!

Wendy I love the layers of colors. You did a great job as usual of getting the foreground in the shot. The greens are so vivid. Nice shot. I love how you can show me such shots in a state I have lived in my whole life.
