Well I counted myself pretty lucky for todays shot!! I was hoping to get some photos of deer for the ons4 challenge which happens to be wildlife. I went out for a jog and noticed a photographer low to the ground taking photos up on the bluff in the Garden of the Gods. I then saw the Bighorn Sheep and hoped I could get back home to grab the camera and be back in time before they took off. I was so amazed to see them again when I returned! It's not often that I see these and I was closer than ever before to the herd. Just was so exciting!

I have seen them occasionally up on the rocks behind my house, but not since the fires came through here last summer. It was great to see the herd on the other side of the canyon yesterday! I have never been able to get very close, but this guy kept making his way toward me. Thanks again! @ellimae Thank you so much ellen! I ended up taking about 500 photos of the herd, lol!
