I have been traveling the past few weeks in Alaska! It was an amazing trip and I am already dreaming about my return trip someday! I had the opportunity to experience and travel in some of the most amazing towns and parts of Alaska I had only dreamed of visiting. I hope to share some of my images over the next few weeks as I get them downloaded and processed. For now, here is a peak at Mt. McKinley or Denali. I understand I am part of the 30% club that have had the opportunity to view this amazing peak. It creates its own weather pattern and is often covered in clouds, eluding the a awaiting traveler! It stands at 20,237 feet and is the highest peak in North America.
Awesome!!! Gorgeous landscape!! I'm so envious! We hired a plane when we were there on a family trip and got half way there, only to turn around as it was dangerously clouded in and stormy. This is a treat to see yours! FAv.
