Taken as sunset along Owl Creek Pass in the Uncompahgre National Forest, Colorado. It takes moments of solitude and peace to recognize what is important in life. For me, it's the simple pleasures of a sunrise or sunset. The sights, sounds, and smells of the mountain air and commanding scenes knowing I am just a speck in the vast grandness of the beauty displayed before me. I always come back from fall color with a new sense of appreciation I have had to witness the changing colors and have the ability to share those moments with you!
