Taken today as we snowshoed off Hoosier Pass near Quandary Peak. We enjoyed a nice hike off the beaten path in a blanket of powdery snow. There was no wind and just the peaceful silence of the serene mountains around us. I always love seeing the evergreens heavy with snow weighing on their branches. Such a peaceful day and hike only accessible by snowshoes or skis. What an adventure...I hope to take several more!
