The layers created this morning with its cool air and layers below had me feeling blessed. Blessed to be witnessing such grandeur, such peace, and just being above the clouds. After shooting sunrise on Dallas Divide, I could see the clouds might be interesting on Owl Creek Pass. As I reached this overlook, I could hardly contain myself from jumping out the car and capturing the moment. It's not something I typically witness in this area and I was in awe. Pure bliss overcame me as I shot this scene. Sometimes my inner instincts pay off. I hope you enjoy and am always humbled by your support!
